Project Management

After the studies and the design work are completed, the bulk of the investment begins at this stage of the project. Therefore, time management and quality control become crucial. By now all detailed drawings and specifications should be final and beyond any significant changes or major alterations. The following are the main project management tasks which we would carry out with utmost professionalism:
  • Project scheduling, programming, and resource allocation
  • Tendering, selection and appointment of main and sub-contractors
  • Project supervision and quality assurance-representing owner
  • Coordination with construction manager and consultants
  • Project progress monitoring, status updates and accurate reporting
  • Addressing any issues instantly to prevent project delays
  • Snagging and coordination with operating team for handover
  • We are also able to handle spa projects on a turn-key basis under a design-build-operate (DBO) contract. We would then perform under the administration of the owner’s independent agent or consultant. In certain spa projects that would need specific expertise in executing specialized spa aquatic and thermal facilities such as the Hydropool, Caldarium, Laconicum, and so on, it is more advantageous in terms of time and cost to have this kind of contract for best overall results. In such projects, we would provide the full studies and design work as well as execution of the spa project and subsequent operation for an agreed period under a total solution package. The DBO package for a spa would include:

    • Business studies, architectural, interior and technical design work

    • Project management and quality control

    • Supply and installation of all specialized spa facilities

    • Supply and installation of all spa equipment and furniture

    • Testing, commissioning and setting up a maintenance program
